Issue of Appointment Letters for 20 year old company

Dear All, My company is 20 yrs old but they have not provided any offer letter and appointment letter to employees . Now i have to issues both the letters to employee but i am facing problem in issuing them bcoz i don't have any details .
please help me out for this

Please get the resumes of all the employees for whom you require the offer letter and appointment letter to be issued. Secondly formulate a employee data form get it filled by all the existing employees. Last but not the least what about the statutory are they in place/order, if yes then you would be having the data which is required for your need.

Now no need of offer letters for existing employees. Issuance of Appointment orders will be sufficient with effect from their date of joining/back date it.

Thanks for your response , we do have all statutory compilance but we dont have any joining date and their first salary at the time of joining . And now we have to release their appt. letter . Suggest me the right way how to release .

Your Accounts department must be having Salary details and you can get the joining dates too from them. Apart from that you can get it from your statutory complaince too.
