Delhi Minimum Wage Update: How to Handle DA Increment After Salary Disbursement?

Dear All,

Please discuss the DA increment as per the Delhi labor notification dated 31-05-2017. Is it final? We have already disbursed the salary for April, so how can we pay the DA separately?

Also, discuss if it is necessary to take permission from the central government to increase Delhi's minimum wage. Please help with the same.
