I WANT TO SEND A AUTHORISED LETTER TO THE UNIVERSITY TO INFORMAING THAT MY SISTER CAN SIGN FORTHE DOCUMENTS AND CAN COLLECT MY DEGREE CERTIFICATE ,AS IAM AWAY FROM THAT PLACE .
THIS IS THE SUBJECT...
CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME,MAKE CORRECTION IN THIS BELOW LETTER

THIS IS INFORM THAT MY SISTER WHO IS STUDYING IN YOUR UNIVERSITY IS THE AUTHORISED SIGNATORY ON BEFALF OF ME TO COLLECT MY DEGREE CERTIFICATE ,AS AM AWAY FROM THAT PLACE AND NEED THE DEGREE CERTIFATE TO APPLY FOR MY FURTHER STUDIES.

as far as I know no need for ur sister to take any letter, she can go directly after the convocation is over after some 10 days and tell that collect on ur behalf.
they give to blood relations.

earlier she went their and asked for the certificate but they didnt gave bcoz they need authorised letter from me

Added to Sai's doc you can mention your Sisters name and Roll No so that they can use it for her Authentication.
