Please tell me the types of research design. I am a little confused because I saw a sample project where the types written were exploratory and conclusive research design, but the web is showing differently. Kindly explain the types of research design as it will help me complete my project. Please provide suggestions at the earliest.

Thank you for your suggestion. I am currently doing an internship at Ma Foi. I have prepared a questionnaire for performance appraisal, so I need to select the type of research design that I should apply. My internship is with a private company.
