How much manpower consultancy charge placing any blue collar?

I want to know how much a manpower consultancy charges for placing any blue-collar jobs like cab drivers. If someone can share the contract agreement, it will help me a lot.

Industry standard is 8.33% of CTC (1 month gross salary) as placement charges plus applicable service tax, provided the service provider is registered under the Service Tax Act.
