HR book to enhance my HR knowledge of new policies and procedures?

Hi, I am Archana Sharma, i am working in pvt sector as a HR Executive since last 4 years. Here i am working in Attendance, OT, Incentives, In & Out Letters, some other bills etc,here is nothing to grow up but i want to gain more and more knowledge about new policies and procedure. Pls suggest me which HR book can enhance my HR knowledge part or is there any whatsapp no, where i can get daily updates. Thanks in advance.

Ms.Archana, good to listen that you want to learn new things, it sounds cool, there are numerous books, litterateurs about HR ,policies,and other stuff too in market, different websites, google etc.

Matter is if your company where you are engaged as an hr dosent have itself big scope and expanded are to work in hr department, un till expansion is not there from top management in your section what you can do at your own end.

Yes you can learn and improve your knowledge by self , and also suggest or advise your seniors about good policies which may work for organisation's good health.

If there are upper hierarchies from your position in company then you must learn and grow up, if there is limited scope or activities in HR department you must explore bigger organisation and try to approach them for job according to your skill, experience and dreams.
