Dear all .
I was working with an organisation from past 9 years in delhi. i was handling multiple works there major part was HR AND ADMIN . like Attendance ,leave management, salary making approx 150+ employees, all office related bills , CUG management and much more .. now i resigned from there and want to find a new job but my concern is i dont have knowledge File the return of ESIC , PF and LWF . handle the legal issue related to this etc .because there was a outsource to handle all this work . i just want to know can i get a good job with my skills and experience. n which area i should work on my skills to get a good job.
