Hi Everyone,
I am Ammara Mir, I am currently working with an Oil Marketing company, so now im working on Employee Grading, we are planning to have competency based employee job grading method. I have defined 5 core competencies for my organization and i do have job profiles as well but i dont know how to link these 2 to have grades, can anyone please help me with example or if you can share some useful data. Once grades will be in place then i need to work on salary bands for each grade please help me dear HR experts.
