Competency-Based Employee Job Grading Method
I am Ammara Mir, currently working with an oil marketing company. I am working on employee grading and planning to implement a competency-based employee job grading method. I have defined five core competencies for my organization and have job profiles, but I am unsure how to link these two to establish grades. Can anyone please provide examples or share useful data? Once grades are in place, I will need to work on determining salary bands for each grade. Dear HR experts, please assist.
