LOP Given Leave Balance Still 17 Days

Sir,
Shal they give LOP still their is leave balance 17 days for me. Kindly provide policy documents or some details.
Please help me in this regards. Urgent

If you were on unsanctioned leave then it will be considered as LWP only. Leaves are supposed to be pre-approved from from seniors.

Hi,
If you have leave balance and you go on a (unplanned) leave without applying for leave then yes it is considered as an LOP. It is better to apply then going on an LOP. This article justifies the reason for LOP Understanding leave and leave policies
