Hi Seniors, I am working with a Pvt Company as an HRBP. The role I am handling has very limited learning opportunities, such as handling employee grievances, providing timely solutions to queries raised by the Business Team, and conducting manpower analysis, reports, and exit analysis. Prior to this, I worked in the role of Regional HR, where I was involved in policy and process design and execution, new project implementation, employee engagement, employee relations, IR issues, talent management, and gathering necessary inputs to support business operations in terms of hiring quality resources and implementing process improvements.
I changed companies due to reasons such as compensation, limited growth opportunities, and a desire to switch industries.
Now, as an HRBP, I am acquiring new skills, such as handling the sales force, which is a significant assignment. Could anyone please suggest whether this is the right platform for growth, or should I explore other options within a specific timeframe? I initially planned to spend at least 2-3 years in this company since it is a startup, and there may be new assignments to engage with.
