ESI - Whether Parents of married or unmarried Insured Female employee is eligible?

Dear All, Request for clarification on the following :
1.Whether Parents of married or un married Insured Female employee is eligible for Medical treatment in ESI Dispensary or in ESI Hospital ?
2. If Yes and If ESI Hospital or Dyspensary refuses to treat, whom to approach for needful action ?

Under the section, the Act says if the parents are dependent then yes they are eligible for medical treatment irrespective of married or unmarried. You can look into the link ESIC - Employee's State Insurance Corporation, Madurai for clarification.
