I am a hr professional with 3.8 years of experience.I have done full time PGDM. I have 2.5 years of experience in recruitment and rest of the experience in background verification. Now I want to switch into hr generalist role. Problem is none of the company is giving opportunity to a fresher. I want to know is there any course or certification which could be helpful in getting hr generalist role.
Please suggest if anyone has any view on this.
