Employees are submitting their Bank Details, PAN details, and Aadhaar Card numbers for approval of KYC under the EPF & MP Act, 1952, but the same can't be approved by the Employer through DSC. If anyone can help me in this matter, please share your views.

Please also suggest which version of JAVA & Mozilla Firefox is being used as we tried in each version but failed to get approved.
