Background Verification Of Employees After Joining

Hi,
My company wants to conduct employee verification of employees. Till date it has not been practiced here, however, as many of the employees are on client site (India), and no such verification has been done yet so we have decided to do it for all employees, even who are working here for more than 2 years. Pl suggest me any formal mail to circulate among employees.
