How to Introduce Voluntary PF to Employees and Explain Its Benefits?

I need help in terms of how to introduce PF to existing employees. Although my company doesn't fall under compulsory PF Deduction norms, we still want to inform employees that they can opt for PF voluntarily. Could someone help me with a draft that can be sent to all employees, mentioning the benefits, etc.?

Also, is there any cap for employee contribution?
