Left My Job Without Notice: Facing Judicial Action, What Are My Options Now?

Hi, I have been working in an IT company as an off-role employee for the past 6 months, and then they made me an on-role employee last month. I worked as an on-role employee for 1 month, but due to some problems, I applied for resignation. They gave me a two-month notice period, but I left the company after ten days of the notice period without informing anyone. Consequently, they applied JA (Judicial Action) against me. I have received an email stating that they will take disciplinary action against me. However, I did not sign any bond, and I am not registered in NSR (National Skills Registry). What should I do now? Can anyone please help me?

What were the termination clauses mentioned in your appointment letter? You have mentioned that you were an off-roll employee. Please elaborate on what your employment status was during that period to provide a clearer view.

Yes, sir, the company is doing right. The only escape for the query poster is if he/she is under probation and if the termination clause states no notice period during probation, then there is a chance to win his/her case.
