Salary Hike and Organizational Policies

1. Giving a salary hike is not mandatory for any organization.
2. It purely depends on individual performance and the organization's financial growth.
3. Striking is illegal and can attract punishment, including termination.
In my opinion, the performance of 25-30 employees cannot be the same, and it is questionable how all staff went on strike for one objective. If someone is not satisfied with their current salary, they have every right to leave the company and explore new job opportunities. The actions demonstrated by your staff are unacceptable. From a management perspective, the appropriate actions have been taken to address this issue.
Authenticity of Communication and Resolution
Regarding the WhatsApp message, it is not considered authentic as per the law. However, the management has clarified their intentions. It is advisable to have a constructive discussion with your management to resolve the matter.
