Struggling with KYC Approval on UAN Portal: Anyone Else Facing Java Signature Issues?

Dear All,

I am unable to approve KYC on UAN portal. The digital signature is not appearing in the Java signing applet. Here are the details of the software versions being used:
- Mozilla version: 47
- Java version: 8 update 121

I have also enclosed a screenshot for reference.

This is a technical matter not HR-related. If you have an IT consultant, seek his help. Otherwise, you need to contact the helpdesk of the company that has issued the digital signature to you.
