Hi,
Can Gratuity be denied after the full and final clearance being signed and the company giving you a relieving letter and accepting your resignation

It is the duty of the employer to arrange to pay gratuity within 30 days from the date of termination of employment. Full and Final Settlement includes gratuity too. If it is not included for any reason other than the ones entailing forfeiture and a notice u/s 4(6) of the Payment of Gratuity Act,1972 is issued, gratuity can not be denied when the resigned employee is otherwise eligible for gratuity.

you have not furnished legally tenable reasons to withhold Gratuity Amount? Please furnish valid reasons warranting denial of Gratuity?
