ECR II Guidelines: Where Do We Report Details of Resigned Employees?

As per the new ECR II guidelines regarding fund provision, where should we show the details of resigned and departed employees?

When the employee resigns, after filing the ECR, the employee has to make an exit by going to the member profile and indicating the specific dates. After the approval of the exit, the employer will not find the employee in the active members list. Hence, EPF will not accept the ECR of those members as they do not belong to the establishment. Delete those employees from the ECR after completing the above formalities.
