Labor Laws - Deliberately Sacked On Account Of Non Performance

Respected seniors and fellow colleagues, this is Rupam here. Recently joined as training manager for XXX village kolkata as on 20th of March 2017 and was sacked by the president on 5th May 2017 deliberately on account of non performance. Here at XXX village we don't have any job description and KRAs. The president sacked me because I twice took training sessions of 40 batch size which should be 25 ,one day I wore white socks instead of black ones, within 7 days I was asked to learn about all the 5 major departments knowledge and briefing timelines. These are the reasons why I was fired. Does the law permits the same? I was not given my appointment letter either. Now I have a son and a wife to be looked after. How should I survive without compensation and at this peak stage of my career I was tortured and now I am in a position that I need to stop working. I am planning to goto PMO and also social media. Please guide me.
