I want to reward and appreciate my DSEs for their better performance. Till today, I used to give them a Star Performer certificate for this and along with it, I am offering them a trip to a place anywhere they want to go with all expenses covered. I used to paste their photo on the Employee Bulletin board for their recognition. But I want to change this process. I want to use a new reward system to appreciate their work done. Please give me some new ideas to appreciate them.
