Monthly Employee Engagement Ideas: How Can We Make May and June Fun and Memorable?

Hello Everyone!

Please suggest some ideas for employee engagement. I want to engage the employees on a monthly basis. For example, it's May now! In May, on the second Sunday, we have Mother's Day, so I am arranging an on-the-spot poetry competition about mothers. What other activities can I organize for May?
I also need ideas for activities in June. Since it will be the rainy season, what fun activities can I plan?

For regular employee engagement activities, you can motivate them to give presentations for 4-5 minutes or more on topics such as social welfare, women empowerment, team spirit, leadership development, etc., or many other professional aspects. Through this, everyone can develop and share their views, knowledge, and experiences, benefiting all. On a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, as per your preference, you can reward the best performer.
