Employee Engagement - Engage The Employees On The Basis Of Month

Hello Everyone!!
Please suggest some ideas for employee engagement. I want to engage the employees on the basis of Month.
Like its May month!! In May on second sunday we have Mother's day so i am arranging on the spot poetry competition on mother. What other activity can i arrange for May month?
Also want activities for June month.
It will be rainy season so what fun activities can i arrange?

Hi Rucha,
For regular employee engagement activities you can motivate them to give presentation 4-5 min or more as they wish on the topics as social welfare,women empowerment, team spirit, Leadership - how to develop ? etc. or many other professional aspects.
By this all will be develop and share their views, knowledge and experience and all benefited. On monthly or quarterly or Annual basis, as suits you, you can give them some rewards as best performer.
