I have resigned from my previous organization on 2nd May 2017. I have received a resignation acceptance email with the last working date from my manager, but HR has not sent me a resignation acceptance email or last working date confirmation email. My new employer requires a resignation acceptance email or last working date confirmation email from the previous company's HR only. My new employer does not accept emails from my manager regarding the last working date. Neither the previous company's HR is sending a confirmation email as it goes against their policy, as HR mentioned, nor is the new employer accepting a confirmation email from my manager.
