Nearing 10 Years at My Job: Can I Withdraw Pension Benefits or Wait Until Retirement?

I have spent 9 years and 10 months in the organization. Kindly confirm if I can withdraw from 10 C, pension benefits, or if it will be considered as 10 years and go into the pension scheme. Will I be able to receive that amount after retirement, at 58 years of age?
