Hi All, Need to clarify one thing, related to Sexual Harrasment Act. Post the inquiry of ICC team, recommendation is been shared to Employer/MD, once the final decision is taken by employer/MD, how to inform the aggrieved or complainant regarding the final decision/action taken for the said case.
In act it is mention to share details of inquiry to both the party but nowhere mentioned how to inform post final decision is been taken by employer. Kindly revert for this.
