Employee Harrasement And Employement Practice Liability

Recently heard of the Insurance Term of " Employee Practice Liability Insurnace" which is part of Director's and Officers Liability Insurance Policy which i was totaly unaware about.

Any Legal Liability that Director's ,Officers and all the employees on supervisory position is covered under the policy with other bunch of covers which i felt are very essential for any Company but most important cover from HR Point of view is the Employee Practice Liability Insurnace where in any employee who sues the Company/ Director or any employee who is in Supervisory position for any kind of harrasement or dicremination the policy will defend and pay the award in case of any declared by the legal authority as well as pay the legal expenses as well.

I am very thankful to the Insurance Broking Employee who made me understand the logic of EPLI i.e. Employee Practice Liability as well as Workman Compensation Insurance which is equally essential even if we have contract, Sub Contract Workers who are working for us.
