Can you please suggest how to write the HR policy of any educational institute? What all should be included in that? Specifically of any fashion institute, like NIFT or NID.

You can provide educational assistance as per the following:

* Eligibility Criteria: Number of years of service in the organization, past performance, and whether the course is relevant to his/her nature of work.

* You can pay 50% of the fees as educational assistance in installments upon production of fee challans paid to colleges and treat this as an advance with a condition that the person should serve the organization for a minimum period after completing the course. After the completion of the defined period, the advance can be waived.

* In case of failure to complete the studies, he/she should refund the amount.
