How to Transfer My Father's Pension Between Jobs: Need Guidance on Forms and Process

Dear Sir,

My father retired on 30 April 2017. Here is his job history:

Company Name: Ansal Api
Aug 1985 to Aug 1998
Pf: Withdrawn
Pension Pending

Company Name: Ansal Buildwell
1998 to April 2017

Could you please advise on the process for transferring my father's pension from his first job to the second job? Which form does he need to fill out or what is the procedure?

Form 13 revised should be filed for the transfer of any funds from one EPF to another EPF. However, if the previous establishment was an exempted establishment, i.e., a trust-managed fund, then get in touch with the trust to obtain the requisite form and submit it to them only.
