Dear Roysonbanet, there is nothing to offend me. I only wish to encourage you to try searching on the net and in our CiteHR forum itself. These are very fundamental. Just have a look just above this box; there are a few small boxes, and on the right side of the screen, there are topics readily made available for you to click on. Go on clicking; there is plenty of information available in those links that you would need. Learned Saji has also provided adequate info here to assist you. Download them and use. Do not stop at just downloading these forms and using them. You should also buy Bare Acts of all topics (reasonably priced at less than 100 Rs.) required by you, keep on reading them so that you'll gain enough knowledge and initiative to accomplish your task. One day, you will become an expert. Do not hesitate to raise queries if any, as we are here to help you out 24/7 on any topics. Always be proactive. First, prioritize the labor laws that you want to study based on your job profile. Please read and understand the bare Acts continuously, along with the latest amendments. Learn the basic objectives of the enactment of the relevant laws. Learn to interpret laws in the right manner. Learning is a continuous process. "An ounce of practice is worth tons of knowledge." Do not be a jack of all trades and master of none. Based on your aptitude, fine-tune your learning. Initially, focus on what is required for your job. Interact with fellow professionals who have a good track record. Achieve mastery over languages. Read lots of literature, news editorials, journals, etc., on a continuous basis.

Thank you.

Hello,

You can download acts, rules, forms, and all recent amendments through www.simpliance.in for free. I found this website very useful in terms of labor law.

Thanks
