Please let me know how to file PF annual returns.

PF Annual Return till 2011-12 Filed Manually.From March-2012, PF Monthly Remittance of Contributions is through ECR-Online.Consequently, the question of Submitting Annual Return from 2012-13 does not arise.Please mention the Financial Year for which you have to submit Annual Return?

There is no need of filing annual returns in PF as it has become on line and monthly returns thro ECR

It is well known that from the month of March-2012 the EPF monthly contribution return has made available through ECR online uploading facility through EPF portal, Thus you are required to upload ECR File of monthly contribution by 15th of each month. More ever there no requirement of filling any annual return under EPF w.e.f 2012-13 (March-2012 onward)

Hi,
No need of filing annual returns for PF as it has become online and you can file monthly returns through ECR. Also, refer the link for the steps involved in filing returns through ECR. http://www.epfindia.com/site_docs/PD...essFlowECR.pdf

Good Afternoon Seniors, I just found a link on Shram Suvidha Portal to file COMMON annual return for both EPF and ESI for year 2016 and 2017. Kindly advise if I can file return via shram suvidha portal.

Dear ramesh_vpos,
The functionality you are referring to on Sharma Suvidha portal pertains to Labour Acts falling under Central Labour Commissioner and DGMS and not related to ESI or PF.
Apart from this, there is no such notification from ESI or PF Department on Annual Returns post implementation of online system, hence Monthly Returns will suffice the purpose.
