Labour Welfare Fund Benefits

Dear All,
Kindly help me with the benefits of labour welfare fund for all states to employees and Is it applicable only to a certain indutry or all industry. Also help me as how to approch to avail the benefit of labour welfare fund for employees

This is applicable as per state like in UP there is no facility of Labour Welfare Fund but in Haryana there is facility of Labour Welfare Fund.
Regarding how to avail the benefit of labou welfare please approach the concerned authority (Labour Office).
