N OTICE / CIRCULAR
Notified for information of the Employees concerned that on the occasion of Durgapuja, this Establishment shall remain closed from 22nd to 24th October 2012 (Monday to Wednesday).
To avail facility of these Holidays an employee has to remain present on preceding and/ succeeding the Holiday.
Persons on emergency services will remain present as per departmental plan and practices in vogue.
Employees are advised to remain present from 25th October 2012 onwards as per their duty plan.

Every establishment has to circulate or put up on notice board the Working hours, weekly holidays and other Annual holidays list as per the public holidays list published by the state govt. Few days can vary or modified in consultation with the union/employees or as per past practice. Excepting 4 compulsory holidays other days can be re-listed to suit the practice/precidents/by consenting with employees & local custom.
