I have a query and want to know, is it possible to issue an offer letter to any employee/candidate in which we can mention that their salary will be Rs. 45,000, with Rs. 35,000 being received via cheque and Rs. 10,000 via cash?
In this case, will the salary slip be given for Rs. 35,000 or Rs. 45,000?
