Legal notice from HR - 21 lakh as compensation money be ready for jail

Hello...
Usually company gets into NDA or contract of 2 yrs with freshers. I too think you are a fresher. Most MNCs contract amount is 2Lac to 3Lac. I just cant believe that the company asked asked 21 Lac. Unless resolved mutually this case will go on.
Like other members , i too feel that information provided is untrue or half disclosed.

have you ever thought about reasons for your "Critical Condition" Have you thought about your Ex Employer? I am not convinced with your cover up Posts stating that you have already sent reply notice, spoken with your Advocate? What do you mean by "Money" So, the motto is clear to me ?
The company wishes to claim for breach of Trust. Admitted that it is an Open Forum, but it should not be construed as Place to express your frustrations.You have admitted that you have lied about your mothers health.You are not clean.Mr Ramadurai has given you a Piece of advise in your own interest.Employees like you have made Employers to mistrust other genuine Employees.
