Hi all, I have completed my B.Sc and MCA. For my first company, I showed my 2 years of MCA as fake experience and joined a good company as a consultant, i.e., a payroll company for me is a consultancy. By looking at my good work for 3 years, the company took me as a permanent and full-time employee with a handsome package. But things went wrong here. In BGV, they came to know that my experience is fake, and I was terminated within 6 months. The other bad part is, recently I came to know that the consultancy, which was a payroll company for 3 years, is in NASSCOM's fake list and blocked list. For more info, the verification partner is VeriFact.
After my termination from the company, I removed 6 months of experience in the terminated company and tried for a job with 3 years of genuine experience through a consultancy. I got a job in one of India's reputed IT companies, and, to my surprise, the background verification went fine. But recently, they have started asking me for more details and asked me to register on the NASSCOM website for Skilled Workers. I have completed 2 years here, but somehow I am escaping from NASSCOM registration.
I recently tried in one more company with 5 years of experience (again genuine 5 years). I got selected in one company with a very good hike and position, but again in the offer letter, they mentioned that I need to register for NASSCOM.
Now, coming to the point where I desperately need your suggestion, in my second company, I joined with my genuine experience. I have tried even in this latest company with genuine experience. I also have 5 years of genuine payslips and Form 16s. I want to clear my record in NASSCOM now as genuine 5 years. How can I do that? Will I face any problems if I register with NASSCOM as I have already been verified as fake for 2 years of experience (not currently existing in my resume, and I have replaced it with 2-year MCA)?
Please help in this regard. I really don't want to betray any company, and I am honest in my work. I did this in my initial stages of my career just to get a job. I am literally worried about the verification part if I join the new company.
