Struggling with EPF Portal: Why Isn't My Digital Signature Working for KYC Approval?

I am trying to approve the KYC of a new employee in the new unified portal of EPFO. I go to Member > Approvals and click on the Approve button and have the digital signature (DSC token) available and connected. A popup appeared as "Approve Activity"; after waiting for 1 minute, the popup opened as "Signature PDF" in which the digital signatory is not appearing.

I have visited the EPF office and updated the JAVA version and Mozilla version as per the requirements. Still, I am facing the same problem. EPF personnel are stating that the problem is with DSC, but while checking with "OTCP," the DSC is recognized, and signatory details are visible.

Please find the attachment regarding the snapshot of the problem I am facing.

Kindly help me out in sorting the issue, please.

To install a security certificate in your browser, it will collect data from your DSC when plugged in.
