What Would Be Next - Suspention After Court Judgement?

I m facing a corruption case (charge framed) due to some arrogent behaviour of judge, punishment given and spend some days in jail, as it is more than 48 hrs, department suspended me, now appeal filed before hon'ble high court and it is pending there,
What would be next i'm being suspended till 90 days or more?
