What Are All The Documents We Need To Create Quarterly Report Maintenance?

Hi HR'S,
What are all the documents we need to create as Quarterly Basic..
I have created Quarterly Returns, Attendance maintenance, Medical fitness certificate for all employees, Fire safety training certificate.
Other than this any other document i have to maintain or what ?
Please suggest me.. what are all the documents to submit labour department as quarterly basic.

please inform your Company is Registered under Which Act-Factories Act? Shops & Commercial establishment? Which State?you come under jurisdiction of which labour Department?

No quarterly Return under Factories Act.Submit, Half yearly Return under Factories Act before 15/07/2017 to The Assistant Director of Factories for the period 01/01/2017 to 30/06/2017

Dear MR. SRINATH SAI RAM,
Two days before i went Labour Inspector Office, There some company is submitted quarterly returns details. Thats why i am asking is there any quarterly basic report we have to submit or Not.. Now its cleared.
There is no quarterly basis report..

i think you come under the purview of "Senior Labour Inspector" Please check your Shops & Commercial Establishments registration Certificate?
