Quarterly HR Document Checklist: Are We Missing Any Essential Reports?

Hi HR's,

What documents do we need to create on a quarterly basis? So far, I have prepared Quarterly Returns, Attendance maintenance, Medical fitness certificates for all employees, and Fire safety training certificates. Are there any other documents I need to maintain? Please advise on all the documents required to be submitted to the labor department on a quarterly basis.

What do you mean by "Quarterly Basic"? What quarterly returns have you created? What are all the documents to submit to the labor department as quarterly basic? Please clarify.

Could you also inform me if your company is registered under the Factories Act or the Shops and Commercial Establishment Act? In which state are you registered? Furthermore, which labor department jurisdiction do you fall under?

Dear Mr. Srinath Sai Ram,

Two days before, I went to the Labour Inspector's Office where some companies had submitted details for quarterly returns. This prompted my question about whether we are required to submit any quarterly basic reports or not. I now understand that there is no need for a quarterly basis report.
