its nice to hear that u r getting good offers frm companies, but pallavi i have to say that ur constant shift frm 1 co. to another within a short period of time will have a -ve impact in ur resume.this shows that ur not stable, gain some exp. and then shift this will give a bigger platform to rise.

You got very good exposure as Generalist HR , Sr.Management Level. Now, you got an other offer for T& D,Recruitment with good package. Great to see, but you have awareness about company history and their growth, about market standard, list of clients etc.
Many companies are ready to give good package to cover candidates. My question is check whether you existing company is better or lower than offered company?
If the offered company have very good brand name on Industry, go and grab the oppertunity.
See, Company name only speaks you about your career and experience.
