Dear CiteHR members, we have designed an External Referral Scheme to increase referrals from external sources in order to fill the open positions as quickly as possible.

Objective & Scope:

The Accurex External Referral Scheme offers a referral payment to unaffiliated persons to help Accurex Biomedical Pvt. Ltd. attract, hire, and retain the very best talent in India.

Procedure:

Positions included in the Employee Referral Scheme will be communicated via email & the Accurex website by the HR Department. You can refer a candidate and send the resume to Ms. Nita at [Email Removed For Privacy Reasons] marking CC to [Email Removed For Privacy Reasons].

To be eligible to participate in the Accurex External Referral Program, the External Referee (you) must be an individual person (i.e., not a business entity), can't be associated with or a consultant of a staffing/recruiting agency, and can't refer yourself (although admirable).

The referred candidate must be a candidate that Accurex is not actively recruiting or who has not had a dialogue about career opportunities within the last 90 calendar days.

The awards under Accurex External Referral Scheme are as follows:

1. 10k for closing up to FSO positions/SE/Executive positions (i.e., junior positions)
2. 20k for closing up to RSM/RSrM/Manager Positions (i.e., mid-level positions)
3. 30k for closing ZSM and above/ZSrM and above/Management level positions (i.e., senior positions)

The referee receiving the award will be responsible for any taxes related to the payment of the referral amount.

Terms and Conditions:

If you are eligible to participate in the Program, Accurex shall pay you an external referral scheme award as per the Awards under Accurex External Referral Scheme mentioned above for a referral if the referral results in a successful regular full-time hire, and such referred employee acknowledges he or she was referred by you and is still employed by Accurex at the time the external referral bonus is to be paid.

Other Conditions:

- 25% of the referral amount will be paid to you upon the joining of the applicant referred by you, and 75% of the referral amount will be paid to you once the referred employee is confirmed in the system.
- If multiple external referees refer a candidate, the credit for the reference will be awarded to the referee who submitted the resume first.
- If the candidate's resume has reached the company by any other mode before you referred them, then the reference will not be considered as part of the program.
- Accurex reserves the right to amend, alter or cancel the Employee Referral Program or any parts thereof, as deemed necessary.
- Non-selection of an applicant shall not constitute a grievance. The decision of the Management is final and no appeal is allowed.

We will process the 25% external referral bonus approximately 7 days after the referred employee joins, and you have submitted the required paperwork and contact information.
