Proprietorship business Act - how many Act registration I need to do?

My Agency is Manpower contractor & Security service in West-Bengal. I have 28 employee under EPFO & ESIC . Automated generate LIN (Labour Identification Number). I need to know the next process of my organisation. Can anyone please help me about the how many Act registration I need to do.

Please start remitting ESI & EPF Contributions before the due date.What about Profession Tax Registration & Remittance, Registration under Shops & Commercial Establishments Act?
What about Service Tax?

I have also registration number of Service Tax & Professional Tax (Enrolment No, registration No.). Is there need to registration of any other like Labour welfare. Please help me about.
