I am an employee of a corporation under the WB State Government, governed by WBSR. My pay scale is 9000 - 40500 (Grade Pay: Rs. 4700/-).
Recently, I went to Jalandhar, Punjab, on an official tour of 7 days (inclusive of a train journey). During the tour, I incurred expenses for lodging, food, and local conveyance. In this regard, I would be obliged to know whether I am entitled to claim any specific amount of daily allowance or individually for lodging, food, and local conveyance at actuals (vide F. No. 19030/3/2008-E.IV dated 23.09.08 of the Dept. of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India).
