What is the frequency of fire drill requirement for factories in Gujarat. As many state still practicing once in every 2 months, but like UP which is once in every 3 months. Really appreciate any inputs. Thank you.

There is no provision made regarding how many time fire drill to be done. Average all are doing fire drill every 2 to 3 months so that the fire line can be check and if found any fault, it may repair at earliest.

As per Rule 66-A(12)(c) of The Gujarat Factories Rules, 1963 Fire fighting drills shall be held as often as necessary and at least once in every period 2 months.
