Full Pay For Contract Labour For Work On Sunday For Half Day?

In a contractual environment if a workers work on sunday for half day whether he should get full day payment or not?

Any overtime is calculated as double of Basic+DA. So may be the salary is not double but the OT is definitely double.

if sunday was Weekly Holiday, work performed on Weekly Holiday has to be considered as extra Work/Over Time warranting Payment @ Double Rate

Will be eligible for being paid for half day and not for the whole day. However, he will be paid overtime. Over time is generally at double the normal salary
