No Need Of E-pehchan Card For ESIC Services. Is It True??

Dear Senior,
As now there is no need of e-pehchan card for ESIC services. is it true? i heard link Aadhaar Card number with ESI then we can just use normal print out. I have entered my employees aadhaar card numbers in their application. but it still not shows validation.
what is the time period of Aadhaar card verification in ESI? is it periodically? Please give full detail.

E Pahchan card and aadhaar linking, as both are biometric based, so if the name, gender and DOB match, it get varified automatic, however in some cases, the employee may have multiple E pahchan due to ignorance, so if they will visit the ESIC office for validation of E Pahchan, after attestation by employer, the ESIC local office will do the needful and make it verified after their biometric verification with aadhar portal and data.
