Maternity Benefit Act (Amendment Act) 2017 Impact Employers Queries?

Dear All,
I am amending our maternity Leave policy as per Maternity benefit act (Amendment act) 2017.
I need your suggestions on below few queries.
1. New act is applicable for 2 surviving child what are the rules for 3rd surviving child?
2. In case employee is mother of 2 child and legally adopting 3rd child what would be rule?
3. Is there any minimum period for Work from home policy During this act?
4. What are the rules for outlive child during delivery?
5. What in case of mother suggested for medial treatment before 6/8 weeks delivery?
6. What in case of medical termination/Miscarriage/ eptopic pregnancy?
7. What in case of employee use the maternity benefits and resign from company?
8. What in case of employee use the maternity benefits and does not report on her joining date (Absconding case)?
