Hi this is vijay.iam working in a private company.i have some doubts on my this year increment.i got 23k salary per month .but i have some deduction amount for esi.i asked my hr managers they revised my letter and delete that esi amount from my package.now here the problem start.my company gave 15%increment for all employees.from that benefit i had 3.35lak per annum with esi amount. now that esi amount was eliminated from my package.now my package is 3.21lak.now i had 10%increment only.were goes that 4%benefit.
