Kindly Suggest About Termination Pay..

Hi All ,
Kindly guide me on some issues ..i have a case (for contract employee)..he has been terminated within days of working period should we need to pay notice pay as per offer clause or not also confirm is there any clause under which its claimed if any employee not completed 240 day then no need to compensate ..

Please follow your HR manual which should have specific clause on 'termination'.

Notice Pay will be as per the Appointment Letter issued to the Contract Employee.You have not mentioned the reason for Termination/.Further, you have not mentioned Termination Clause /as already mentioned in Appointment Letter
