Contract Employee Dilemma: What Should I Do If My Offer Letter Is Delayed?

I am Sudarsan and working in a company since March 27th. I am working as a contract employee in this company. To date, I haven't received my offer letter or my appointment order. When I ask the same with my employer or my third-party employer, they are saying it will take time for these. Can you please tell me what I can do for this?

It really takes one month, and sometimes it can also take two months.

Please clarify what you mean by "Third-party Employer" who has hired you? Who will be paying your salary? If your service is engaged through a contractor, an appointment letter has to be issued by the contractor.
